About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing visually engaging creative assets across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate business requirements into impactful designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should combine creativity with strategic thinking, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and deliver high-quality creative work within deadlines. ?

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital & Print Design
- Conceptualize and create engaging visual content for social media, websites, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Design print materials, including brochures, posters, packaging, and event collaterals.
- Develop creative concepts that communicate messages effectively and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across all design deliverables. 2. Brand Identity & Creative Development




- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity guidelines across creative assets.
- Ensure designs align with brand standards, marketing objectives, and communication strategies.
- Translate creative briefs into visually appealing and effective design solutions.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve brand communication and visual storytelling. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions that support business goals.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions while maintaining design quality.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the creative development process. 4. Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across all deliverables.
- Organize design files and creative assets efficiently. 5. Creative Leadership & Mentoring
- Guide and mentor junior designers.
- Review creative outputs and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain design excellence across team deliverables.




- Share creative ideas and encourage continuous improvement within the team. 6. Design Innovation & AI Tools
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Explore AI-powered creative tools to improve ideation, execution, and productivity.
- Demonstrate familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate innovative workflows into the design process. ?️ Required Skills & Qualifications We are looking for candidates who have: ✅ 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design. ✅ Experience creating designs for both digital and print media. ✅ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. ✅ Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy. ✅ Ability to balance creative ideas with business objectives and brand guidelines. ✅ Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics. ✅ Strong time-management and organizational skills. ✅ A portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print design projects. ✅ Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and an interest in exploring emerging technologies. Additional Skills That Would Be an Advantage:
- Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma.
- Experience working with marketing and cross-functional teams.
