Role Description The Civil Engineer will work full time in office in Lucknow, overseeing and supporting day-to-day construction activities. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings, assisting in project planning, and coordinating with site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure work is executed as per design and standards. The role involves monitoring site progress, conducting inspections, resolving technical issues,



and ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines. The Civil Engineer will also help manage stormwater systems and other infrastructure components, prepare reports, and contribute to cost and time optimization for projects. Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills relevant to building and infrastructure projects
- Experience working as a Civil Engineer on-site, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and project tracking
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage and infrastructure systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and local regulations
- Proficiency with engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) is an advantage
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
