We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and organised individual who can support our marketing activities, social media operations, client communication, and day-to-day business coordination. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning different aspects of running a digital marketing and technology services business.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Assist in managing multiple social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Plan content ideas, captions, hashtags, and posting schedules.
- Coordinate with designers or use basic tools such as Canva for simple content creation.
- Schedule and publish approved content consistently.
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement.
- Prepare basic monthly social media performance reports. Marketing & Research
- Research social media trends, competitors, and content ideas.
- Support digital marketing and lead-generation activities.
- Assist with basic Meta Ads and Google Ads coordination.
- Maintain marketing trackers and campaign documentation.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve online visibility. Client Relationship Management
- Communicate professionally with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.




- Collect client requirements, feedback, and approvals.
- Provide updates on assigned work and deliverables.
- Follow up on pending client requests.
- Maintain positive and professional client relationships. Calling & Business Coordination
- Make follow-up calls to prospective clients and existing leads.
- Assist with meeting scheduling and appointment coordination.
- Maintain lead and client databases using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Prepare basic daily work updates.
- Support other reasonable marketing and administrative tasks as assigned. Skills Required
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making professional phone calls.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Ability to organise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new tools and take responsibility.
- Good time management and attention to detail. Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is an advantage but not mandatory. Who Can Apply?
