Role & responsibilities Managing the claims at branch/regional level of fire, marine, engineering, health, personal lines, and liability business Preferred candidate profile
- Manage the claims within the terms of the policy and the service standards as laid down from time to time. Liason with the surveyor/ Investigator/ Advocates.
- Analyse MIS & appoint investigators when necessary.
- Review claim ratio and control claim expenses.
- Settle claims as per the terms and conditions of the policy and instructions issued. Ensure that all internal and external customers are satisfied.
- Update on the technical aspects of the work and developments.
- Ensure adherence to defined TAT.
- Provide operational expertise in claims and leverage this expertise in settlements
