Experience:
8-15 Years (Preferred) CGC Landran is looking for an experienced, disciplined, and responsible Chief Hostel Warden (Male) to oversee the overall administration and management of hostel facilities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline, ensuring student safety and security, managing hostel staff, and providing a protected, hygienic, and student-friendly living workplace.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the overall functioning and administration of all hostel facilities. 2. Maintain discipline, decorum, and a positive environment within the hostels. 3. Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all resident students. 4. Supervise and manage hostel wardens, security personnel, housekeeping, and support staff. 5. Handle student grievances, complaints, disciplinary matters, and emergencies. 6. Monitor hostel attendance, student movement, entry/exit registers, and visitor records. 7. Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of hostel premises. 8. Coordinate with college management, security, maintenance, and other departments. 9. Implement hostel rules, regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures. 10.



Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines. 11. Manage hostel-related events, student activities, and emergency situations. 12. Prepare regular reports regarding hostel operations, discipline, maintenance, and administration. Required Qualifications & Skills Retired Defence personnel with relevant administrative and team management experience can apply
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 815 years of relevant experience in hostel administration, residential campus management, or institutional administration.
- Prior experience handling large-scale hostel facilities in an educational institution will be preferred.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and administrative skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle student discipline and emergency situations effectively.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and organizational skills. Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in managing boys' hostels in universities or educational institutions.
