Role & responsibilities 1. Store Operations Management
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor order processing, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely order fulfilment and operational efficiency. 2. Team Management
- Supervise and manage a team of 50100+ employees.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Manage attendance, shift planning and workforce availability.
- Train, guide and motivate team members. 3. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock availability and inventory levels.
- Ensure proper stock inward and outward processes.
- Conduct regular stock audits and minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to avoid stock shortages. 4. Customer Service
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle operational issues and escalations. 5. Quality & Hygiene




- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of fruits, vegetables and FMCG products.
- Follow company safety and quality guidelines. 6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track daily sales, productivity and operational performance.
- Prepare daily operational reports.
