Role & responsibilities
- Manage mess and catering operations for students, staff and residents, ensuring food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and timely meal services.
- Manage housekeeping, security, fire safety and sanitation services.
- Ensure NABH, NMC and statutory compliance.
- Manage vendors, AMC/CMC contracts and outsourced manpower.
- Monitor facility budgets, operational expenses and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with hospital departments, Principal, Medical Superintendent and administration.
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely resolution of facility-related complaints.
- Manage overall hospital and medical college infrastructure and maintenance.
- Supervise electrical, mechanical, civil, HVAC, plumbing and utility services.




- Ensure 247 availability of DG sets, lifts, medical gas pipelines, STP, ETP and other utilities. Preferred candidate profile

- 10 years of relevant facility management experience.
- Minimum 3
- 5 years of experience in a multispecialty hospital or medical college preferred.
- Solid knowledge of hospital / medical college Mess/ Infrastructure, engineering, utilities and facility operations.
- Exposure to NABH accreditation, NMC requirements and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, vendor management and problem-solving skills.
