Role Description The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai,. Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
- Experience in Retail and hospitals is preferable (3 years)
- Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, including compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, communication,



and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management systems, documentation, and data reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary services, or multi-location organisations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
