Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage employee benefit programs including Gratuity, Superannuation Fund, Group Medical Insurance (GMI), Group Term Insurance (GTI), and Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPA).
- Oversee renewal and administration of insurance and gratuity policies with insurance providers and trust partners.
- Process employee benefit claims and ensure timely settlements of gratuity and superannuation perks.
- Handle statutory compliance activities related to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and other labour law requirements.
- Ensure timely statutory remittances, registrations, renewals, and filing of returns across locations and entities.
- Administer Gratuity and Superannuation Trusts, including trust operations, audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance vendors, auditors, banks, and government authorities for smooth administration of employee benefits.
- Support actuarial valuation activities and ensure compliance with applicable tax and statutory regulations.




- Address employee queries and resolve issues related to benefits, insurance, PF, ESI, gratuity, and superannuation schemes.
- Partner with Business HR and key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of employee benefits and compliance programs.
- Monitor compliance risks and provide guidance on labour laws, employee benefits, and statutory obligations.
- Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and documentation related to rewards, benefits, and compliance activities. Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA (HR) / MSW or equivalent qualification.
- 8-13 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Benefits, Rewards, and Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Gratuity, Superannuation, Insurance Administration, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws.
- Good stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling employee benefit trusts and coordinating with external agencies and regulatory bodies.
