Full time Joining: Immediate Openings: 1 Job Overview We are hiring an experienced Civil Site Supervisor for a construction company handling commercial and residential building projects in Sector 133, Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, drawing interpretation, level marking, labour management, quality supervision and preparation of Daily Progress Reports (DPR). This is a hands-on site-based role requiring practical experience in building construction and independent supervision of daily site activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.
- Perform level marking, line-out and layout activities at the construction site.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Allocate work to labourers and subcontractors and monitor daily productivity.
- Ensure quality standards and proper execution of construction activities.
- Monitor material availability and raise material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers and project management teams.
- Maintain site records and ensure workplace safety. Mandatory Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor.
- Experience in residential or commercial building construction projects.




- Practical knowledge of civil site execution and supervision.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Hands-on experience in level marking and line-out.
- Experience preparing Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Ability to manage labour and subcontractors.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- Must be able to commute daily to Sector 133, Noida. Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred. Deal Breakers Candidates will not be considered if they:
- Are freshers or have less than 1 year of full-time work experience.
- Have no practical building construction site supervision experience.
- Cannot read construction drawings.
- Have no knowledge of level marking or line-out.
- Have no experience with DPR preparation.
- Are unwilling to work at Sector 133, Noida.
- Cannot join immediately.
