- Handle customer queries through email and chat support.
- Review and process customer requests accurately.
- Maintain quality and productivity targets.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies. Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / Final Year Results Awaited (if applicable).
- Valuable written English communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work in the Noon Shift (2:30 PM
- 10:30 PM).
