Job Title: Safety Officer Aluminium Extrusion Manufacturing Plant

Experience:
3–5 Years Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety. Job

Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and EHS standards across the plant.
- Pre start up Safety review (PSSR).
- Process Safety Management (PSM).
- Molten/Hot Metal Handling experience.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and factory safety requirements.
- Monitor safety practices in Extrusion Press, Furnaces, Foundry, Crane Operations, and Material Handling.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of PTW and LOTO procedures.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency mock drills.
- Investigate accidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure a safe working setting. Preferred Industry: Aluminium Extrusion, Aluminium Manufacturing, Steel, Foundry, Metal Processing, or Heavy Engineering.
