4–7 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage the nursing department of our hospital. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, clinical management, and administrative skills to ensure high standards of patient care, nursing services, and hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the overall nursing department and nursing staff.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies.
- Prepare duty rosters, allocate responsibilities, and manage nursing staff schedules.
- Monitor nursing performance, discipline, and staff productivity.
- Ensure proper implementation of infection control practices and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital administrators, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor nursing care and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure proper maintenance of nursing records, patient documentation, and reports.
- Organize training, orientation, and skill development programs for nursing staff.




- Monitor the availability and proper utilization of nursing supplies and equipment.
- Handle patient and attendant complaints related to nursing services.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital protocols, and applicable healthcare regulations. Eligibility & Requirements

Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.
Sc. Nursing / M.
Sc. Nursing.
- 4–7 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a multispecialty hospital.
- Previous experience in a Nursing Superintendent / Nursing In-charge / Assistant Nursing Superintendent role preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of hospital operations, nursing administration, and patient care standards.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and infection control practices.
- Ability to manage staff, resolve operational issues, and maintain quality standards.
