Placement Coordinator: 1. Take leadership in the placement process of trained students from 10000Coders and prepare them for placements. 2. Resume prep, Interview prep, solving students' issues, etc. 3. Emails to students, warnings, improvement plans, etc., to make them succeed in interviews. 4. Schedule discussions, email follow-ups, and create proposals to clients (companies) 5. Have conversations with existing partners and stay abreast of their needs and feedback 6. Make sure all information is up-to-date and available to key stakeholders in sheets 7. Learn and experiment with current tools to help drive insights from the data 8. Work in close collaboration with the placement team to maximize student success
