Job Title: Corporate Safety Trainer Company: Usha Fire Safety Equipments Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary Usha Fire Safety Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Corporate Safety Trainer to conduct fire safety, emergency response, first aid, and other workplace safety training programmes at client locations across India. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions, conducting practical demonstrations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and continuously updating their technical knowledge. The role also requires conducting in-house training for company employees and preparing training materials during non-training days.

Key Responsibilities
1. Safety Training and Delivery
- Conduct Basic Fire Safety, Fire Extinguisher Handling, Emergency Evacuation Drills, Basic Life Support (BLS), and First Aid training programmes.
- Deliver training at client premises as assigned by the company.
- Conduct classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and interactive activities.
- Address participants' queries and ensure effective understanding of safety procedures.
- Ensure safe conduct of training activities in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
- Maintain training attendance, feedback, reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Travel extensively across India to deliver training programmes. 2. Internal Training and Development
- Report to the office and remain available for assigned work on days when no external training programme is scheduled.
- Conduct in-house safety awareness and training sessions for Usha Fire Safety employees.
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and demonstrations with management approval.
- Participate in internal training sessions,



workshops, and knowledge-sharing programmes.
- Continuously update knowledge of fire safety practices, emergency response procedures, first aid, and relevant safety regulations.
- Incorporate recent training methods and technical updates only after obtaining management approval.
- Perform other training-related responsibilities assigned by management. Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant certifications in Fire Safety, First Aid, Basic Life Support, or Emergency Response will be an added advantage. Experience
- Experience in fire safety training, corporate training, industrial safety, or conducting safety awareness programmes is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications, practical knowledge, and good communication skills may also apply. Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in conducting classroom training and practical demonstrations.
- Ability to engage participants and explain safety procedures clearly.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Ability to work independently and interact professionally with clients.
- A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and skill development. Important Job Requirements
- Extensive travel to client locations across India is preferable .
