Career Prospect | Chief Engineer - Hotel in Northwest Delhi
A hotel in Northwest Delhi is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to lead its engineering and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, hands-on maintenance expertise and a steady commitment to safety and reliability across the property.
Key responsibilities

- Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance department, covering daily operations and preventive maintenance programmes.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-safety and other building systems to keep the property running without interruption.
- Plan and control the engineering budget, energy consumption and vendor and contractor work.
- Ensure statutory compliance and safety standards; lead inspections and audits.
- Train, mentor and supervise the engineering team.




- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, F&B; and other departments for smooth operations.
- Drive energy-efficiency and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications and experience
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, preferred.
- Hands-on hotel experience is a must. Candidates from standalone and smaller properties are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, statutory compliance and preventive maintenance.
- Based in Delhi NCR, or willing to work in Northwest Delhi.
