Job Title: Associate Placement Executive

Shift: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Associate Placement
Executive to manage placement activities, coordinate with recruiters and
students, and ensure successful job placements. The role requires strong
communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with students/candidates for placement opportunities
* Connect with companies and recruitment partners for job requirements
* Schedule and manage interviews, assessments, and follow-ups
* Maintain and update candidate and employer databases
* Ensure smooth end-to-end placement process
* Track and report placement metrics (interviews, offers, joinings)
* Provide guidance and support to candidates during placement process




* Handle documentation and communication between candidates and employers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners

Required Skills

* Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of recruitment/placement process
* Strong coordination and organizational skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
* Problem-solving and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred)
* Prior experience in placement cell / recruitment / HR operations
* Exposure to campus hiring or training institute placements is an advantage
