Noida Company: Kaizen Nextgen Private Limited Job Overview We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company's online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, digital marketing, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, plan, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Design creative social media posts, banners, and promotional content using tools like Canva.
- Write engaging captions, descriptions, and relevant hashtags for social media posts.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms.




- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and growth.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal team for content requirements, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Positive communication and content-writing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or other graphic designing tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
- Creative thinking and an eye for visual content.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking is an added advantage. Pay: ₹10,000.00
