Role & responsibilities
- Coordinating unit level Admin services execution
- Guest house Management of Catering Service, Housekeeping & general management in plant.
- Ensuring & Managing Gate Canteen & Cafeteria
- Housekeeping of office premises for Cement Plant & Captive Power Plant
- Best utilization of pest control service
- RO Water maintenance & water supply to the Plant
- Active member & coordinating EMC, Sports, Events, Health Club, Ladies Club and other Employee Welfare activities
- Ensuring the timely services of refreshments
- 24 X 7 Admin services in shut down & break down
- Budget monitoring and control, SAP Knowledge
- Managing employees & family grievances/ expectations on Admin services
- Colony Management and basic acumen of building maintenance
- Arrangement of livelihood facilities like Cooperative store, Vegetable & Fruits Store.
