About the role
We're looking for an AI Search Reporting Lead to own our AI search reporting process from start to finish. Accuracy is the most important part of this role: our reports and presentations go directly to US and international clients, so every number, finding, and screenshot must be verified before delivery.

What you'll do

- Run structured research across ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Claude, and Gemini using set questions, wording, and settings
- Capture and organize dated screenshots of AI responses as evidence
- Grade AI responses, analyze which brands are mentioned, and identify competitors, gaps, and opportunities
- Prepare AI Research Findings Reports and monthly visibility reports for clients
- Transfer research data into Excel and support the creation of proposal and sales decks
- Review every report and slide for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before it goes out
- Maintain the reporting pipeline in monday.com, keeping client records and files up to date What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in reporting, research, SEO, digital marketing,



analytics, operations, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong habit of fact-checking
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Experience with monday.com or a similar project management tool
- Awareness of AI search and AEO, and a genuine interest in how AI search is evolving
- Comfort running basic scripts or technical tools (no programming required)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to follow a defined process consistently and manage multiple deadlines Good to have SEO or agency experience, hands-on use of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, basic Python, and experience with US or international clients.
