Full-Time | Work from Office Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, source suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms.
- Manage offer rollouts, joining formalities, and candidate documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closures for open positions. Required Skills




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn may also apply. Preferred Candidate
- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced agency environment.
- Willing to work from the office in Bhandup West, Mumbai. Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Work
