Job Description
ZUUP, a multi-brand family footwear retail chain by RSPL Group (makers of Red Chief), is expanding rapidly across Uttar Pradesh We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and experienced retail professionals to lead our upcoming stores as Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers. If you have a strong background in retail operations, team handling, and customer service specifically within the footwear or apparel retail sectorwe want you on our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store functions, including opening/closing, visual merchandising guidelines, inventory management, and stock audits.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive store footfalls, conversion rates, and average ticket size to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate floor staff and cashiers to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Handle escalations, build local community rapport,



and ensure an unmatched family shopping experience.
- Inventory & Visual Merchandising: Maintain proper stock replenishment, manage shrinkage, and execute eye-catching product displays across footwear and accessories. Candidate Profile & Requirements

Experience:

- *For Store Manager:
* Minimum 3 to 7 years of retail store management experience.
- *For Assistant Store Manager:
* Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in retail floor supervision.
- Industry Preference: Mandatory or strong preference for candidates coming from a Footwear Retail, Fashion Retail, or Lifestyle Retail background.

Skills:
Strong leadership qualities, excellent local language proficiency, basic computer literacy (POS software & Excel), and target-oriented mindset.
- Preferred Locations: Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Sultanpur, Azamgarh, Gorakhpur, or Jaunpur.
