- Lead architectural conceptualization, planning and design development for residential projects, including review of layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, faade designs and detailed working drawings.
- Ensure optimal utilization of land, FSI and overall development potential while maintaining design quality and functionality.
- Possess practical knowledge of DCPR development regulations and building norms, including FSI, TDR, fungible FSI, setbacks, height restrictions and other development parameters.
- Oversee preparation and submission of drawings for statutory approvals, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and coordinating with liaisoning consultants and relevant authorities for timely approvals.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, faade and other specialist consultants to ensure integrated design development and timely release of coordinated construction drawings.
- Manage and coordinate with design consultants and specialist vendors, ensuring quality of deliverables, adherence to agreed timelines,



effective coordination and cost efficiency.
- Oversee the transition of architectural designs from planning to site execution, working closely with project heads and site teams to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits, resolve design-related issues and provide technical guidance to execution teams to ensure smooth project progress.
- Review material specifications, samples, mock-ups and finishing details to maintain design intent and quality standards.
- Ensure designs are commercially viable and aligned with project budgets, identifying opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Lead and mentor the in-house architecture team, manage external architects and design consultants, and establish explicit design processes, timelines and deliverables.
