5+ years in UK and EU IT recruitment HOK Consulting is looking for a motivated and target-driven IT Recruiter to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and databases.
- Screen candidates and assess technical skills and experience.
- Match suitable candidates with client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and candidate qualification.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

- Experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach.
