Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, identify requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, management)
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Support project management activities and track deliverables
