Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and develop high-quality insurance agents.
- Build and maintain a solid agent pipeline through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct career seminars and agent activation programs.
- Train, mentor, and coach agents to improve productivity and business performance.
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor agent performance, persistency, and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and sales practices.
- Strengthen customer relationships and enhance brand advocacy. Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-10 years of sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience and stability in the current city.
- Age: 24-40 years.
