Role Overview We are looking for a customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to deliver a refined, consultative in-store experience and assist clients in selecting engagement rings and fine jewellery. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to confidently handle premium, high-value purchases from consultation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Sales
- Welcome and assist customers with personalised jewellery consultations
- Understand client needs, occasions, and budgets to recommend suitable designs
- Present and explain natural diamonds, craftsmanship, and customisation options
- Drive individual sales targets in a premium, high-ticket retail environment
- Build trust and manage the complete customer journey, from inquiry to final purchase Follow-Up & Client Relationships
- Maintain consistent follow-ups on leads, trials, and pending decisions
- Record accurate client details, interactions, and orders in the CRM




- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat purchases and referrals Store Standards & Coordination
- Support store visual standards and ensure a luxury customer experience
- Coordinate with backend teams on customisation updates and delivery timelines What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in jewellery retail (diamond, or fine jewellery preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, with confident and articulate client interaction
- A well-groomed, polished, and professional presence
- Ability to engage confidently with premium clientele
- Interest in diamonds, jewellery styling, and customer consultation
- A target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, billing tools, and WhatsApp client communication
