Role Description The Accounting Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, supporting the finance and accounting functions for Arch Connect and its operations. The intern will assist with preparing and updating financial records, posting journal entries, and reconciling accounts under the guidance of senior team members. Daily tasks include helping with financial statement preparation, reviewing expense reports, supporting invoice processing, and maintaining accurate documentation.



The role also involves working with accounting software for data entry, generating basic reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply analytical thinking to identify discrepancies, and learn best practices in corporate accounting and finance. Qualifications
- Ability to work with core accounting tasks, including Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting).
- Familiarity with Accounting Software and basic Finance concepts to support day-to-day accounting operations.
- Strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify variances, and support reconciliations.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gurugram.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and processes, and uphold ethical and compliance standards.
