Experience:
2–5 years in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in bitumen, petroleum products or road-construction materials Qualification: MBA mandatory; specialisation in Marketing preferred ### Role Overview: Drive bitumen sales and business development across the assigned territory and surrounding markets. The role involves acquiring customers, strengthening existing relationships, achieving sales targets and ensuring timely payment collections. ###

Key Responsibilities

- Develop business with road contractors, infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, hot-mix plant operators and dealers.
- Identify upcoming road projects, assess bitumen requirements and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales volume, revenue and margin targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms within approved limits and convert enquiries into orders.
- Track competitor pricing, supply availability and market demand.
- Coordinate with terminal, logistics and accounts teams for timely dispatches,



deliveries and customer support.
- Monitor customer credit exposure, outstanding payments and collections.
- Conduct regular customer visits and submit weekly reports covering sales, enquiries, market developments and collections. ### Candidate

Requirements:

- MBA from a recognised institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant B2B sales and marketing experience; direct bitumen sales experience preferred.
- Robust negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Familiarity with the assigned territory and local contractor network preferred.
- Proficiency in Kannada and working knowledge of English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
