Job Description
Sidhu Services is seeking a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Transport Operations Executive to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily transport activities, monitoring fleet movements, communicating with drivers and depots, maintaining accurate operational records, and supporting efficient transport and logistics operations. We are looking for an organised professional with strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Transport Operations: Coordinate daily fleet activities, monitor GPS tracking, verify load manifests, process transport documentation (SDPs), and provide timely ETAs to depots.
- Driver Coordination: Communicate with drivers via calls, messages, and emails regarding trips, payments, schedules, and operational inquiries.
- Compliance Support: Monitor speeding events, review load photographs and visible restraint arrangements, prepare NOI documentation, and report compliance concerns.
- Fleet Records: Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, vehicle defects, fines, damages, service details, and odometer readings.
- Administrative Tasks: Audit driver pay sheets, upload documents, retrieve historical records,



and maintain information in Gearbox, TransVirtual, and Excel.
- Operational Reporting: Prepare daily updates, follow up on outstanding tasks, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic computer applications.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn. Experience Previous experience in transport operations, logistics, fleet management, or dispatch is preferred. Knowledge of transport management systems such as Gearbox or TransVirtual is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply. Why Join Sidhu Services?
