In Person Job Summary Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and electronics manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Pick & Place machines, Screen Printers, Reflow Ovens, Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, configure, and maintain SMT equipment at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for Pick & Place, Screen Printer, Reflow, SPI, and AOI equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation-related faults.
- Handle machine programming, calibration, parameter setting, and performance optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to reduce machine downtime.
- Support new installations, production ramp-up, machine upgrades, and equipment improvements.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve technical issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Manage spare parts requirements and provide machine-operation training to customers.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams for timely service delivery.



Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SMT equipment service, maintenance, installation, or commissioning.
- Hands-on experience with Pick & Place, Screen Printer, Reflow, SPI, and AOI machines.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and machine troubleshooting.
- Experience in machine programming, calibration, parameter setting, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation systems.
- Experience with Panasonic, Fuji, ASM, Hanwha, DEK, GKG, or similar SMT equipment is preferred.
- Strong customer-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required. Qualification Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Communication (ECE), Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline. Benefits
