- [email protected]* Mayflower Hospital is looking for a proactive and multitasking Maintenance Executive to ensure smooth functioning of hospital facilities, equipment, and day-to-day maintenance activities. The role requires someone who can independently handle multiple tasks, coordinate with teams, and maintain a safe and well-functioning environment. Hospital maintenance roles typically include facility upkeep, breakdown handling, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination.indeed+1

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day maintenance of hospital building, electrical systems, plumbing, civil works, and general facilities
- Attend and resolve breakdown complaints on priority
- Carry out preventive maintenance checks and maintain maintenance records
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, AC technicians, and other service vendors
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and facility-related support services
- Ensure proper functioning of hospital equipment, lighting, water supply,



and air-conditioning
- Maintain inventory of maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts
- Follow hospital safety, hygiene, fire-safety, and infection-control standards
- Support emergency maintenance requirements during hospital

- Coordinate with the operations/administration team for repairs, purchases, and facility improvements Candidate Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and civil maintenance work
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and resolve issues independently
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts or attend urgent maintenance requirements
- Prior hospital, hotel, mall, corporate building, or facility-management experience is an advantage
