Core Responsibilities
- Guest Transportation & Chauffeur Services:
- Transport guests safely to and from airports, local destinations, business meetings, or sightseeing spots.
- Greet arriving and departing guests warmly, open car doors, and assist with luggage handling.
- Maintain a calm, discreet, and professional demeanor, ensuring passenger comfort throughout the ride.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Readiness:
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking tire pressure, engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, and fuel levels).
- Keep the hotel car, van, or bus spotless on both the interior and exterior at all times.
- Monitor service schedules, coordinate minor or major repairs, and maintain accurate mileage and trip logs. Key Requirements & Qualifications
- License & Record: A valid, clean professional driver’s license with a strong driving record.

Experience:
Previous driving, chauffeur, or valet experience within luxury hospitality or upscale transport.

Skills:
Good familiarity with GPS navigation apps, local city routes, and traffic management.

Impeccable personal hygiene and grooming (in line with five-star hotel uniform standards),



solid interpersonal skills, and high discretion/confidentiality regarding guest information.

- Safety & Compliance:
- Obey all local traffic laws, speed limits, and road regulations strictly.
- Document all trips, accidents, or vehicle damage immediately and report them to the supervisor or manager on duty.
- Guest Relations & Support:
- Assist the Front Office and guest services teams with luggage, arrivals, departures, or administrative errands (such as sales calls or package deliveries).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, weather conditions, and hotel services to answer guest inquiries accurately.
