Industry: Home Cleaning Products Manufacturing Job Summary: Responsible for developing new home-cleaning products and packaging solutions, improving existing products, and coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new products and improve existing products such as scrubbers, scrub pads, sponge wipes, microfiber cloths, mops, and wipers.
- Coordinate product sampling, testing, and quality checks.
- Develop packaging designs, artwork, labels, and specifications for retail and private-label customers.
- Coordinate with packaging vendors, printers, and raw material suppliers.
- Evaluate packaging materials, costing, and cost-effective alternatives.
- Ensure packaging meets customer requirements and quality standards.




- Maintain product specifications, sample records, and packaging approvals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Quality Control teams. Qualifications &

Experience:
- Graduate or diploma in Packaging, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in product development or packaging, preferably in FMCG or home-care manufacturing.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, product costing, and supplier coordination.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Pay: ₹40,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month Work
