- Design and implement technical solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud B2C platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical architectures.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the system.

- 10-14 years of experience in IT industry with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud B2C Technical Architecture.
- Robust understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture principles.
- Experience working with large datasets and developing complex data models.
- Proficiency in Apex programming language and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
