USA Auto Parts Sales Executive – Engines & Transmissions Position: 2 Sales Executive – Engines & Transmissions (USA Market)

Salary:
30 to 40k per month + Incentive Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in selling used and remanufactured automobile engines and transmissions exclusively for the USA market. The candidate must have strong knowledge of engine and transmission sales, customer handling, vehicle compatibility, lead conversion, and US customer communication. Candidates with experience in selling only engines and transmissions will be preferred. Experience in general auto parts sales will not be considered relevant unless the candidate has direct engine and transmission sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and leads from US customers.
- Sell used and remanufactured engines and transmissions to customers across the USA.
- Understand customer requirements, including vehicle year, make, model, engine size, and transmission type.
- Identify the correct engine or transmission according to vehicle specifications.
- Provide product quotations, pricing, warranty details, and shipping information.
- Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Maintain regular communication with US customers and provide professional customer service.




- Coordinate with the sourcing, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up activities, and sales reports in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in USA-based engine and transmission sales.
- Must have direct experience selling automobile engines and transmissions.
- Good knowledge of used engines, remanufactured engines, used transmissions, and remanufactured transmissions.
- Understanding of vehicle Year, Make, Model (YMM), engine size, VIN, and transmission compatibility.
- Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
- Experience handling US customers over inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and lead conversion skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience. Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in selling ONLY Engines and Transmissions is required.
- Candidates from general automobile spare parts sales without direct engine/transmission sales experience are not eligible.
- Must be comfortable working in the USA night shift.
