Key Responsibilities
1. Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines. 2. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, VFD, servo drives, and automation systems. 3. Ensure minimum machine downtime and improve equipment reliability. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions. 4. Maintain auxiliary equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, dehumidifiers, robots, and conveyors. 5.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of critical spares. 6. Lead and support maintenance technicians and coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Stores teams. 7. Drive TPM, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, MTBF, and MTTR improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety standards, LOTO procedures, and IATF requirements.
