Job Description
Fibe is hiring Tele Sales Executives for its Personal Loan business. The role involves connecting with salaried customers, explaining personal loan offerings, assisting them throughout the loan process, and ensuring successful loan disbursement. The Tele Sales team works across the Approval-to-Disbursement (A-to-D) process, along with VKYC and Customer Retention.

Key Responsibilities
1. Tele Sales – Personal Loans
- Connect with salaried customers over calls and explain personal loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and assist eligible customers with the loan application process.
- Follow up with interested customers to move applications forward.
- Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and disbursement targets. 2. Approval to Disbursement (A-to-D)
- Assist customers at different stages of the loan journey, from approval to final disbursement.
- Follow up on pending applications and incomplete documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve process-related issues and avoid delays.




- Ensure timely completion of required formalities. 3. VKYC (Video KYC)
- Guide customers through the Video KYC process.
- Explain the verification process and assist customers in completing the required formalities.
- Follow up with customers whose VKYC is pending or incomplete. 4. Customer Retention
- Connect with existing customers and build strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and explain relevant loan or financial product offerings.
- Encourage eligible customers to continue engaging with Fibe's services.
- Achieve assigned retention and customer engagement targets. Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate candidates preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, sales, and target-based work.
- Candidates with experience in personal loan sales, telecalling, banking, NBFCs, fintech, or BPO sales will have an advantage.
