Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Accountant role based in New Delhi. The Financial Accountant will handle daily accounting activities, including maintaining general ledgers, processing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with financial reporting packages, and supporting compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The individual will work with accounting software to manage bookkeeping tasks,



support taxation and BAS-related documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely financial insights. The Financial Accountant will also contribute to process improvements, assist in budgeting and variance analysis, and help clients maintain efficient, compliant financial operations. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Statements, with the ability to prepare, review, and interpret key financial reports.
- Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and supporting business decision-making.
- Working knowledge of Financial Reporting and related standards, including experience with periodic reporting cycles.
- Hands-on experience with Accounting Software and core accounting workflows, including general ledger, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with taxation concepts and compliance processes; experience with Australian taxation or BAS support is a plus.
