Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager to handle and drive sales operations in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing market opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Handle and guide the sales team in the assigned region
- Monitor team performance and provide training/support
- Identify market opportunities and expand business in the territory
- Build and maintain robust customer/client relationships




- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share updates with management
- Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking
- Support the team in customer handling and business closures
- Ensure smooth sales operations and process compliance Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Sales / Regional Sales / Business Development
- Prior experience in team handling is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of sales strategy, market analysis, and target achievement
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
