About the Role
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Closer with experience in high-ticket consultative sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of closing premium products or services worth ₹50,000 or more through phone and video calls. The candidate should be skilled at understanding customer requirements, building trust, handling objections and converting qualified leads into paying customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, solid follow-up abilities and a results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads and convert them into paying customers through phone and video calls.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial conversations to final closure.
- Build relationships and establish trust with prospective customers.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Update customer interactions, sales pipelines and follow-ups in the CRM.




- Track sales performance, conversion rates and revenue numbers.
- Participate in sales training, review call recordings and continuously improve closing techniques. Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in high-ticket consultative B2C sales.
- Must have experience selling products or services priced at ₹50,000 or above.
- Experience in industries such as education, coaching, premium health and wellness, insurance, wealth management, real estate, luxury or travel.
- Proven sales track record with demonstrable monthly sales numbers, closing rates or incentive earnings.
- Must have experience closing deals over phone and video calls.
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Malayalam and/or Hindi proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and a fixed salary plus commission structure.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, LeadSquared, HubSpot or similar.
