As per requirement Employment Type: Full time Department: Kitchen & Facility Management Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and experienced Cook Cum Caretaker who can prepare healthy and hygienic meals while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of the premises. The candidate should be capable of handling cooking and caretaking duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Cooking & Kitchen Management
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required.
- Cook nutritious, hygienic, and tasty meals.
- Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as per requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage groceries, kitchen supplies, and food stock.
- Ensure proper storage of food items and minimize wastage. 2. Caretaking & Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the premises.
- Look after rooms, furniture, equipment, and other facilities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the kitchen, dining area, and common areas.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Assist with daily household, hostel, or institutional activities.
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises. 3.



Additional Responsibilities
- Follow instructions provided by management.
- Maintain discipline and a hygienic environment.
- Coordinate with staff and residents whenever required.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management. Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Minimum 8th/10th pass preferred.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in cooking and caretaking preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian cooking and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to manage daily cooking for multiple people.
- Physically fit, honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Willingness to stay on the premises if required. Required Skills

- Time management and multitasking.
- Basic housekeeping and maintenance knowledge.
