About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Sales & Marketing Head to lead our pan-India sales and business development operations. The role will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sales strategies, leading regional teams, and strengthening the organisation's market presence across India. The position requires a strong understanding of B2B business, industrial markets, team leadership, and strategic sales management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.
- Lead and manage the pan-India sales team across multiple locations.
- Define regional sales targets and ensure effective execution of business plans.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue generation, and team productivity across all regions.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic accounts, and expand the customer base.
- Drive market penetration and establish solid business relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide strategic direction to regional sales teams.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and periodic business reporting. Experience & Professional Expertise
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Prior experience in managing regional, multi-location, or pan-India sales teams.
- Strong exposure to B2B sales, industrial products, manufacturing, petrochemicals, or allied industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of business development, key account management, and market expansion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline. MBA will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹40,000.00
