Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations on the shop floor to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with team members to plan, schedule, and execute production activities effectively.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working setting.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize productivity. Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in production supervising or manpower handling in an auto components industry setting.
- Diploma degree from a recognized institution; relevant certifications preferred.
