1. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's solar products and services.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Generate business leads and identify new market opportunities for business expansion.
- Manage and guide the marketing team to achieve monthly business targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and franchise partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and business growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and promotional activities.
- Explore opportunities related to the PM Surya Ghar Yojana and other solar government schemes.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular business development reports.
- Build brand awareness through digital marketing, field marketing, and other promotional activities. 2. Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing or equivalent.

Experience:
2–5 years in Marketing / Sales / Business Development preferred.
- Experience in the Solar or Renewable Energy sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and market development.
- Willingness to travel for business and field activities. 3.
