Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Shell Core Shooter Operator for our Foundry Department in Steel Casting Industry.

Key Responsibilities
Operate Shell Core Shooter Machine. Prepare shell cores as per production requirements. Handle core box setting and machine operations. Maintain core quality and dimensional accuracy. Monitor machine temperature, pressure and cycle time. Identify and report defects in shell cores. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance. Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE. Maintain production targets and workplace cleanliness.



Required Skills &

Qualifications:
Experience in Shell Core Making Process. Knowledge of Shell Core Shooter Machine operation. Knowledge of core box setting and core preparation. Experience in Foundry / Steel Casting Industry preferred. ITI / Diploma qualification preferred.

Experience:
1–5 Years (Preferred)
