Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize formulations for creams, serums, lotions, shampoos, face washes, sunscreens, and other personal care products.
- Troubleshoot batch-related issues, including pH, viscosity, stability, texture, and phase separation.
- Handle laboratory trials, pilot batches, scale-up, and technology transfer.
- Conduct stability testing, raw material evaluation, and formulation performance assessments.




- Optimize manufacturing processes and formulation costs.
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Packaging teams.
- Maintain formulation records, trial reports, and technical documentation. What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on formulation development experience.
- Solid knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, emulsification, surfactants, preservatives, and stability testing.
- Practical experience in batch troubleshooting and formulation optimization.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred: Experience in New Product Development (NPD), commercial batch scale-up, regulatory compliance, and CAPA.
