Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer with 34 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and on-site commissioning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning PLC systems for a variety of industrial applications. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently at customer sites are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and modify PLC programs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Delta, etc.) based on project requirements.
- Execute HMI/SCADA development (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Wintek, WinCC, FactoryTalk, , etc.).
- Perform on-site commissioning of automation systems at customer facilities.
- Conduct I/O checks, loop testing, and system integration.
- Troubleshoot PLC logic and hardware during commissioning and production.
- Collaborate with project managers, electrical designers, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Provide technical support during and post-commissioning phases.
- Maintain accurate documentation of logic diagrams, program structures, and commissioning procedures.




- Train operators and maintenance teams on system functionality and usage. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- 34 years of relevant experience in PLC programming and site commissioning.
- Hands-on experience with one or more PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi).
- Valuable understanding of industrial automation systems, electrical schematics, and control panels.
- Familiarity with VFDs, sensors, relays, and other industrial components.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site under varying conditions.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Experience with PLC,HMI, Servo, IoT, or networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Exposure to P&ID;, control loop tuning, or process automation.
• Knowledge of safety systems and standards (e.g., SIL, ISO 13849).
