Role Description The Store Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting daily store and inventory operations. This position includes receiving, checking, and organizing incoming materials, labeling and storing items properly, and updating stock records in line with company procedures. The Store Assistant will assist internal teams by issuing materials against requisitions, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with procurement or logistics when stock levels are low. Day-to-day tasks also include keeping the store area clean and safe,



conducting routine stock counts, and helping with basic customer or vendor inquiries related to inventory. The role requires close collaboration with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth, timely availability of materials for manufacturing and project needs. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and visitors.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales and Training skills to support transactional activities, explain store procedures, and help onboard new team members.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage stock, maintain orderly storage, and complete documentation accurately.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management or storekeeping in a manufacturing or industrial environment is beneficial.
- Ability to use MS Office or simple inventory software, follow safety guidelines, and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving materials.
- Prior experience in a store, warehouse, or logistics role and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
