Chennai, Tamil Nadu Industry: US Healthcare – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Position: Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive Job Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) for US healthcare clients.
- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding pending medical claims.
- Handle denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
- Analyse Explanation of Perks (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).
- Identify reasons for claim denials and take appropriate action.
- Contact insurance companies to check claim status.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims.
- Update account details and follow-up notes in the billing system.



Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory (any degree).
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the opening.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
